(CICT). In late 2023, YCIG completed the equity acquisition of Shanghai DES Information Technology Co., Ltd. (also a CICT subsidiary), effectively expanding its business scope and industrial scale. With 30 years of expertise in the smart emergency communications and command sector, YCIG has built four core digital capability pillars—emergency communications, data governance and analysis, AI support, and command hubs—powered by next-generation technologies including converged communications, big data, AI, and IoT.
